In luxury real estate, there are two often confused roles: the Listing Agent and the Buyer Agent. One works to sell a property, the other to protect the buyer. The difference isn't semantic, it's structural. When the person who guides you through the purchase process is only paid if you buy, the conflict of interest isn't an opinion. It's a fact.
