HEAD MANAGER

The resource, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for the formation, coordination and autonomous monitoring of the acquisition plans assigned to the collaborators, in order to ensure the achievement of the agreed commercial objectives, in compliance with the defined deadlines and budgets.

Role:


Guarantee the achievement of the commercial targets established by the Management, also through the development of the customer portfolio.
Coordinate and support local teams by promoting their training, communication, harmony to achieve the objectives, in compliance with the highest quality.
Manage complex negotiations personally from the pre-acquisition phase to the presentation of the outputs.

Ensure that the local acquisition processes are carried out in compliance with the strategic objectives defined by the Management.
Prepare monthly reports relating to existing and prospective acquisition activities for the Management.

Skills:


- Solid experience gained in the commercial field, in particular within structured networks.  

- Provenance from the real estate sector is preferable.

Role:

We are looking for Commercials with experience in the sales of services and / or franchises, resident and operating in every Italian region.

 

After a period of training and coaching, the resource will be included in the Franchising Development Team in the role of Expansion Manager reporting directly to the Head Manager

 

The candidate will take care of the active research, acquisition and development of potential clients interested in the opening of real estate agencies in franchising in the assigned area.

 

Main activities:

  • Autonomous identification and development of new opportunities;

  • Management of commercial negotiations with potential customers and prospects, from finding the contact to signing the contract;

  • Achievement of personal and development department goals;

  • Report regularly to the Management the trend of opportunities and scouting activities through the use of the company CRM;

 

  The ideal candidate:

  • Graduate or graduate;

  • Previous experience in the commercial field. Experience in the real estate sector is a preferential but not essential title;

  • Predisposition to work by objectives;

  • Entrepreneurial spirit;

  • Negotiating skills, strong motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
